Courts Turn Against Abusive Contracts

I was surprised this week when a Bell employee from Bell’s accounting department told me on the phone that I should obey, do everything that the Bell president, and  his employee Sasha Rollins tells me to do. Dream on.  Bluntly I replied to the same employee “who the hell does he Sasha Rollins  now think his e really is that I should obey anything, or everything  he says, he firstly is not my master, I do not work for Bell, I am not his employee”.. Bell is getting carried away with their much too many, unenforceable,  exotic, extreme, man made rules now, but they breached my contract still much to often and that itself is really inacceptable still too.  Clearly Bell and their  executive power has falsely now gone to their heads when they even do think they can abuse any others, an ordinary citizen now too. I as a Sympatico customer that does have a contract with Bell, a mutual contract they Bell now also have to respect and that contract now does not make me their slave, subordinate, and them my master, but they are still my legal equals in the matters. They have to respect my contract side now too. Do remind them all of that too at Bell.

 

I KNOW FROM DECADES OF FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCES IN MY ENCOUNTERS WITH COPS, LAWYERS, PASTORS, SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS,  OTHERS TOO, that most often now in reality the very same people who do tend to preach to others that we all must not steal, tell lies, drive drunk, that we must respect other person’s rights, all the laws…  those very  same persons who so readily  tend to preach the rules to others, those very same persons  who  expect all of the others to falsely obey  the rules even now  all the while they most often tend to be the firstly the  very same persons to break most of  the rules themselves, they themselves they do not keep them, and they still also  falsely believe they personally are exempt from living the rules cause  they do preach them  to others.

 

What you had never encountered crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked lawyers, crooked managers, bad executives, lying no good politicians too?  These same persons  who too  readily judge others, and who demand, want to enforce the rules upon the others, they  cannot see the truth as to who they are firstly, they themselves are now the lying hypocrites.

 

When most a person tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect the  man made rules firstly? What makes them think I have to be now their false slave too? And why do they think that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters?

 

For  just cause  someone, a lawyer now too even,  some one made up some set of rules it still does  not mean they are all valid, or legitimately  enforceable now too!  I still have even my right of free speech and I still can say what I want, write what I want too.. even about them now too. Not all man made rules, regulations even in writing are rightfully valid still in reality, and just ask any decent judge on the court of the Queen’s judge and he or she can tell you the same thing too.

This was the first time she was being presented with the full contract for her new FiOS setup, and the service had already been installed and activated.

The LA Times article goes on to mention some of the more notable terms of the contract.  The interesting thing is that it would appear that this is not simply an oversight – that perhaps Verizon deliberately withholds contract terms from customers until they’ve already committed to the service:

No large corporation, with almost infinite legal resources and billions of dollars behind them, should be able to use their wealth to put real people at a disadvantage, because it would be presumed that only the corporations   had any legal rights.   Bell included now.

Bell had mislead me and many customers when they had offered their high speed unlimited download interent because their existing equipment, lines did not have the capability to do so too often firstly.

  

What started as a simple phone call by me in January 2007 to Bell tech help line to determine why my internet services were so slow and sluggish next had  become a major farce, cover-up on the part of Bell Sympatico. I was next lied to for months as to the real reasons Bell they rather had offered me their poor internet services to me and  to many others in my city for years now too.. and then Bell had even  lied to me some more, had also breached their contractual obligations to me many times too, had allowed me even to be slandered, abused on the Bell customer forums now too.. and why? so  that clearly greedy Bell can continue stay in business to make more money.. Bell  can’t have it both ways

 

and so who really cares now about the customer’s good welfare in reality? now? What not Bell itself, not the CRTC, not the federal government, not our Prime Minister Stephen Harper, not  the the federal Minister of Consumer Affairs, Jim Prentice..  not  any provincial consumer affairs Minister, but only the citizens, the news media, and the NDP party care about the citizens  good welfare really it seems. Not acceptable for sure too!

 

I also do think it’s reprehensible that Bell, etc., had now advertised unlimited download service and then next complain when you actually take them up on their offer. If a user wants to take full advantage of the service they pay for, they should be entitled to it by law now too.  Still  if they’re unwilling to provide the bandwidth I pay for, during the full duration that I pay for it, then they shouldn’t have been be telling me they can. This is why cable tv & broadband need to be regulated  like  electricity and phone.

 

First of all… it is not the ISP’s job to become the Big Brother police of the internet and world wide web, and it   such is a serious breach of freedom of speech, invasion of one’s personal privacy still too,  they the ISPs are there to provide a good, decent, reliable high speed service thus the term Internet Service Provider, some thing that Bell Sympatico in Canada clearly and wrongfully  has not be able to do for me often too.,, as you can read on this site often too. This Unauthorized bell watchdog needs to firstly look at itself and deal rightfully even firstly with it’s much too many customer contract violations, abuses and ASAP even in reality.

 

Practically all ISPs and there employees do read your e-mails and look at the sites you visit, without a wiretap order.

I too would rightfully like to see the provisions that made DPI (deep packet inspection) by ISPs to be made illegal not just by the CRTC but also by the federal government now too, including by Bell , the Big Brother’s false invasion of our home, personal privacy. Since we can readily know that the reasons given for the internet downloading inspections, capping are unjustifiable, what are the actual reasons now for these online now inspections too?

Me I ask rightfully STILL EVEN for  the RCMP to catch and convict  the murderous Taser persons at the Vancouver Airport.

Speaking of free speech…  Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly  this year, and much of that has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said.  But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to  reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not? and why is it too often unacceptably the bad cops are never found guilty as well?

In regard also to the The Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points whicj was adopted on December 19, 2007.  The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h.  The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. New road safety measures come into force in Québec on April 1, 2008: The use of hand-held cell phones will be banned from then on .Tougher penalties will be imposed on drivers guilty of excessive speeding  Some of the motives for the false, partial restive applications, implantation of these laws can certainly now still be questioned as well. Alberta for decades, and the police  has been falsely preoccupied with putting every person in jail in Calgary, and Edmonton, all of  Alberta for speeding,  it seems and was another main reasons they spent so much money on building new court facilities in Alberta too… this is even all being done while statistics, experiences confirms that speeding does not kill, or cause the majority of accidents, but only drunk or drug impaired drivers, bad drivers, and road rage cause the majority of the accidents the government still wants to purse now mostly  the speeders more aggressively in Alberta.

 

Speaking about perverse law enforcement, whether it applies to the transit cops, or the RCMP, other cops too,  the OLD wording ‘non-compliant’ no longer applies, in response to concerns raised by the public. The  NEW  use-of-Taser usage criteria is ‘actively resistant’, and the  too often aggressive executive managers of the police enforcement, or the dictatorial ISP, internet service providers , it now seems that are all going crazy  trying so hard to earn more money by means of a hopeful personal  promotion too. And so they see anyone who is a threat to their survival, potential promotion is a serious  persons to be next shot, killed or tasered, removed?

Law and order enforcement  starts firstly in the leaders own life. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of these real bad guys serves as a best deterrent to all too. Free speech and whistle blowers hell to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this. I am not only transparently honest, straight forward, and rightfully too,  but I rightfully do still judge any of our leaders. civil and public servants, PROFESSIONALS. managers, executives too  NOW  not only per their past words, promises, acts,  but also by a higher exemplary standard, BEHAVIOR now as well especially when they profess to be Christians, or rather as often in reality so called “Christian alcoholics”, or hypocrites .. which is rather an UNACCEPTABLE oxymoron.

 

If you took 2 martinis or 2 beers a day you are an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a crime and not a disease, it is a crime, it is just as lethal, bad, and it is really unacceptable as selling or taking bad drugs too. Canada’s bad drug problem, drunk driving, alcoholism is increasing not just amongst the teens, but also in the work place, in the government now as well even amongst the civil and public servants. Most major home violence, car or truck accidents are still associated with alcohol now too and not speeding. It’s a fact that drinking alcohol can seriously damage one’s health and cause permanent brain damage as well .Alcohol may lead to liver problems, a variety of cancers as well as forms of osteoporosis and depression, and studies are showing, too, that women are more susceptible to the ill effects of alcohol than are men. We know that being an alcoholic is a terrible sin that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well.

Law and order, Police, lawyers, judges, governments, regulations are a necessary fact of life in all areas it seems. for there always seems to be some bad guy somewhere who thinks they can get away with cheating, lying, stealing, abusing others too, even the so called professionals, Pastors, Cops, Realtors, accountants. The so called regulating societies tend to be too often merely a cover up, a pretence of justice, and all seem to know in Canada that most bad cops seem top get away with even murder, abusing the good citizens too. Could there be another fair way to deal with them all now too? What way?

To simplify life many of us like to  put labels on Canada’s political parties now as well, labels such as left wingers, right wingers, Conservatives, Liberals too. But in reality are they now really any different? Especially  when we seem to still to believe that mostly all politicians are the same, from any party now too, mostly the lawyers too, for they are all crooked, self serving, big liars now too? The root problems is we the citizens keep on electing mostly still the biggest liars. So in fairness next what about a valid in place system of recalling our liars out of office after a six month trial period like they have in California USA?

  

A new poll suggests most Canadians believe the federal Conservatives spent more money than they were legally allowed during the last election. Elections Canada ruled the Tory party tried to circumvent the rules by giving over $1 million to 67 candidate campaigns, and immediately taking it back as expenses for local advertising. “And the Conservatives sued Elections Canada for more than $700,000 the party claims it is owed, effectively turning up the heat to full boil, between the government and the federal agency turning it now to full public visibility, examination” Dumb move.

In the eyes of many Canadians  Stephen Harper and his  Conservatives resemble the past big bad Liberals they had hoped, had sought to replace indefinitely  and the same Conservatives today, are a tittering and tattering bunch like never before,  the rag tattered scared   bunch   even running for their lives, desperately tying by any means, lies, spins,  trying to hang onto their political careers. And the flack from Tories “in-and-out scheme” and their subsequent  downfall from grace basically  has just started and is certainly not  over. The federal Tories by their own bad acts here   they also have made now today more popular and reenergized the BQ in Quebec now too. The same Conservatives in Ottawa  who had hoped to win reelection by winning in Quebec are losing it there now as well. Next the Tories what are going to try to sue everyone in Canada too?

 

Life after death

 World- Most people seem to believe in life after death, but they all clearly do not agree on how one attains, or assures eternal life in Heaven next too? An Eternal life or an eternal hell awaits many? Do many people now even care if it does or not? Can one know for sure if they are going to Heaven?

John 15:18 If the world hates you, know that it hated Me before it hated you.

 

John 15:19 If you belonged to the world, the world would treat you with affection {and} would love you as its own. But because you are not of the world [no longer one with it], but I have chosen (selected) you out of the world, the world hates (detests) you.

A supposedly Christian Brother said to me he had wanted to talk  only about Jesus, to preach to us all, and to others,about Jesus, but  in the process he had immediately bashed me as being personally, wrong and he clearly had showed me he had no love for me too.

 

I have often rightfully said to many preachers I would rather see them first by example live the life of Christ instead of merely preaching it others.

 

Preaching the Gospel is not an valid alternative to living it.

 

I even do know People who profess to be Christians and they are Alcoholics, Liars, Adulterers, thieves, abusers too.. but they are not Christians… They fool themselves only as to who they still really are too.

 

By their own fruits Jesus said to us all you can tell what they are really like still. Their own good or bad fruits  show their reality.

 

Someone rightfully had said.. I want to learn all I can about the anointing.. but do  seek the giver firstly, Jesus, and not the gifts.. and next also do use the gifts God gives you next   wisely and you will get even more gifts too next
 
Most people firstly do not get this anointing because they have really not made a full commitment to serve God, they have have not made Jesus Christ lord of their life.
 
The anointing next personally sets aside the person  for special servicee to God in fact, thus next receiving special gifts, gifted special duties in now next serving solely God, and not rather self serving or serving mere men and women..  sadly many professing Christians too do miss the boat here and thus they are not anointed.. foolish virgins..

“But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things. I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth” (I Jn. 2:20-21).
 
I  must say I was dismayed, troubled with the Amplified Bible’s limited reference to the anointed one(s) since clearly while Jesus Christ is the anointed one, we the Christian Believers now are also in Him, and so we also now are the anointed ones too, and anyone who rejects us, or rejects our anointing now  also rejects God and his anointings in fact. The anointed references,  is generally now understood often in the Bible as being plural and not solely or mainly a singular one.. many Bible translations seem to cause as many problems as they were meant to resolve still too… and is why I like the KJV Bible still too.
 
2 Cor 1:21 But it is God Who confirms {and} makes us steadfast {and} establishes us [in joint fellowship] with you in Christ, and has consecrated {and} anointed us [enduing us with the gifts of the Holy Spirit];
 
Ps. 105:14-15 “He permitted no one to do them wrong; yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes, Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm.”
 
The first thing one should notice is that the word “touch” actually still means do them no physical harm, under the penalty of death too, for God upholds their human rigths serioulsy too.. Do not touch does not mean do not judge them now., Funny how this passage too now gets desettled by the devil.. Rev. 6:9 John writes “When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.” They were killed because they held to the Word against the opposition and so they became martyrs. Those who apostatize from the Word always hate those who keep it.
 
We are certainly not to judge unbelievers acts which is clearly now left up to God, but if we see their teachings as destructive we are to judge what they say, and the Bible tells us still to judge the acts of all  believers, it is a command. So if you are telling people to become ostriches and also not to judge any pastor’s acts  now as well by repeating the Scripture “touch not my anointed” you are wrongfully  telling them to be disobedient to God’s command.
 
John 7:24 Jesus said: “Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment”,
 
When someone insists for all Christian people not to say anything when they see a Christian  believer doing  wrong, it is THEY now that are coming against the anointed.

The baptism of the Holy spirit, the gifts of the Holy spirit, the Anointing , tongues, Prophets,  Apostles, miracle workers, have become unarguably the most overused, overworked, misunderstood, misinterpreted, contentious  terms in the non Pentecostal and in the Non Charismatic arenas, mainly in the  fundamental religious circles even because many of these people are mostly still serving self, doing their own thing, looking up to mere man and not God..

 

Beyond the shadow of a doubt the devil firstly really hates any references to the Holy sprit, the anointed ones, the idea that Christians do have now empowering to overcome the devil too… and so the devil uses any of his followers, those in the fundamental religious circles too now,  to now  lie, twist, distort the truths… and they falsely try to say “If you check every single Biblical reference to the Anointing you should notice that .. There is not ONE SINGLE reference to the anointing being a supernatural power given to human by which they are able to perform miracles… There is not ONE SINGLE reference to anyone being able to transmit the anointing by any means, including the laying on of hands… There is not ONE SINGLE reference to getting, keeping, increasing, or losing the anointing.”

 

Mind you they these liars do have to tear out the whole Old Testament for a start..  the prophets were clearly anointed, and performed miracles,  and the same Jesus yesterday, today and forever who lives in us today too, who was anointed and performed miracles  he had also said that believers will do even greater things now too.  In  the reality now after all Samson next lost his anointing.. and so did King Saul lose his anointing .. and David asked God not to take away his anointing too after he had sinned with Bathsheba.. It’s the frequent and methodical strategy of those people not Holy sprit filled, those walking in the flesh that they bash, recite against anyone who has evidenced the Holy Spirit anointing still too, thus  these false professors  manifest their own own false, unscriptural doctrine and practice. It’s now a charge of  their “blasphemy of the Holy Spirit” and their disobedience of  “touch not the Lord’s anointed.”

 

While the Antichrist and False Prophet themselves will possess the credential that they do reputedly perform miracles. While the devil does try to  counterfeit the miracles of God, those now done by Moses too, the existence of the devil and his bad works, the counterfeits now still does not nullify the present reality, existence  of God genuine gifts, miracles and real prophets, miracles workers, apostles  now too.

  

(1 Cor 12:7 KJV)  But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

 

(1 Cor 12:8 KJV)  For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

 

(1 Cor 12:9 KJV)  To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

 

(1 Cor 12:10 KJV)  To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

 

(1 Cor 12:11 KJV)  But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

 

To me it is so just unbelievable that any professing Christian persons  can even think of saying say that there is no special anointing  by the holy spirit and any Christian person today.. Like I have said I have had various God, Jesus, Holy spirit equipped anointings on me in my life, and most stayed on..

1. One as a prophet to ask bad evangelical pastors to repent,
2. and as as a prophet  to speak God’s truths to Canada’s elected representative, members of the the governments.
3. another as an elder, prophet to pray for the sick Christians and they mostly were healed next gradually or instantaneously… except those who still wanted to live in sin..
4. and a gift to tell the truth to the  sincere persons..
5. even the specific artistic abilities to create Christian, Bible versed wall papers, Paintings too now too..
6. next even to see specific visions of what some people are really like too
7. and other special abilities

I have often dealt with bad evangelical pastors who really where not what they made themselves out to be, they were not good men, and  in my dealings with them God would next either show me a clear vision of their immoral acts, or give me direct undeniable  personal witness, witnesses of their immoral acts next.. God would next have the whole matter substantiated too,  thus when I confronted them next, and had told them to repent ,the matter could never be disputed again too.

 

 – Other times when I was personally involved in a conflict with someone, or I read about a legal dispute, or I am involved directly in a   legal dispute with a party.. next  when I am reading the related posted transcripts, news to me now  it is also  like watching the  TV, seeing the pictures, but  for me next also hearing a voice commentary as well.. even specifically telling me who is lying and hwy as well, I actually do often get in my mind   direct new insights, commentary on what is actually happening there.. and often much later, sometimes even a year or years  later,  it is that  I actual next  get the very same undeniable detailed further substantiation in the news media in print,   in writing next proving  that I had known already before on the same dispute.

 

Yes the people who  are not anointed do not know what it is really like, but they are wrong to say there are no anointing by the Holy Spirit on others.

 One is not a Christian for too long when one discovers there are BIG even Christian  church splits, divisions, serious difference, clear lack of understanding, agreements even within the same denominations on many  topic even  such as  

1: is Jesus the sole son of God, and is the Bible the sole word of God, was it all written by God alone.

2: Do also the gifts of the holy sprit, miracles, healing, tongues, apostles, prophets exist now today as well?

3:  Is tithing, paying ten percent of one’s income  today applicable now too? and other old testament laws, besides the ten commandments?

4: Can Christians consume Alcohol, Smoke or get divorced?

5: Does Israel have a right to the promise land today as well?

Why all the existing Christian different views, divisions? Well most people still do not firstly truly know what the Bible itself says on this, most people still wrongfully trust others to tell them what the Bible does  says about any of this.

Israel – Can Israel even  survive   as a state another 60 years without the backing of the West, US? Does Israel now according  solely the New Testament Bible even have a right to the promised Land these days even? CAN WE KNOW THE TRUTH When clearly even most evangelical Christians  cannot agree on this point now too?  Most of the popular, in the 1960s, revelation predictions by the fundamental dogmatic preachers with their gloom and doom prophecies about the end times, war with Russia and China now have not even come to pass? Who can you believe?  Most people , even professing Christians still basically  have never read the Bible , never mind studied the subject in detail! Not even many evangelical preachers now too. Did you now?

The Land of Canaan, renamed Israel by the Lord, was given by God to Abraham and his descendants as an everlasting possession conditional on them obeying, following after God, his commandment now continuing to follow after God, his Messiah Jesus  and the Jews as a nation next chose not to do this on their own.. so they undeniably lost their right to live on this promised  land and God himself evicted them from it. Now many Jews and  many Evangelicals disagree and they tend to try to take isolated verses out of context in the Old Testament Bible to say otherwise. But yet they still next  do not have one supporting verse on any of this in New Testament and why? Many rather almost all of  the quoted verses taken from the Old Testament about a promised Jewish return to the promised land had been fulfilled prior to the arrival of Jesus now too and they are no longer applicable too.

Exactly what does the Bible say about this God’s parcel of land, and who has a right to it today? More Honestly what does the New Testament now rather specifically say about this? That this land belongs now, next neither to the Jews or Muslims but to Jesus Christ, and his bride.. Jesus is the heir of all things… and nothing else?

Does not God want the two sons of Abraham, the Jews and Muslim living together in Harmony in the same land as well anyway? “How good it is for the brethern to dwell in unity” Psalms

Does God have a separate plan to save the Jews or does he God have the same plan now for everyone rather per the Bible too? No, never. God has one plan of salvation alone and it is accepting Jesus definitely, personally   as one’s personal Lord, and savior. Jews. gentiles, unbelievers, Christian are all saved only by Jesus Christ and now all are one body, have the same future heavenly and earthly promises too.

Jesus said that Israel was now cursed, the fig tree was cursed, and their house, the promised  land was to be desolate, and the Jews would find no peace at all  until they accept him Jesus  as their Messiah. So why all of the problems there still too? The Flesh wants to have it’s own way again?

 

Yes it has bothered me for decades that evangelicals cannot significantly  at all agree on this topic about Israel future, present firstly but it has also bothered me why all the pro Israel writers do not refer the New Testament to try to justify their arguments? or what Jesus had said about it? It will not agree with their distorted point of views?

Gas Prices

WASHINGTON – OTTAWA   President George still awaits. Bush is accusing others, Congress of blocking his proposals to deal with high gas prices and dragging its feet on other issues to address the sagging U.S. economy.  The president also says he is open to any idea in terms of energy, including a proposal  to suspend gas and diesel taxes this summer. So is Canada’s US Conservative puppet Prime Minister Stephen Harper next now willing to do the same?
