You can run but you can’t hide

A good name is worth more than silver or Gold, and a tarnished one is worthless, but also very painful; generally.. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves everyone’s best interest. I too had learned decades ago that the pen is mightier than the sword of the crooks, bullies, pretenders, imposters. Starting at the top is always the best way now too   http://mediamyopic.com/2008/12/16/foreclosure-facebook-style/

Hey I admit it I hate crooks, the bad guys

– I dislike the bad cops and Bad RCMP in Canada
– I dislike all bad Professionals, bad civil and public servants and their too often poor managers now too
– I really dislike Bad Politicians, especially ex PM Paul Martin, Stephen Harper
– I dislike rightfully bad Pastors, and all alcoholics now too
– I have always disliked bad, crooked computer dealers too..
– I really also dislike Bell Canada rightfully as well and the CRTC..

We in Canada also  still do need real accountability, and the real beefing up of the enforcements, regulations against the much too many con artists liars, thieves, crooks, imposters, pretenders. being basically motivated by greed, increasing the profits. Bait and switch,  Misleading advertising, Unfair and Restrictive business trade practices seem to be a common thing in the Internet Service Providers  industry too, especially since generally the ISP are unregulated both by the Courts and the governments. It is a sad reality that even what is advertised is also next what the customer next consistently gets. “  The first biggest unacceptable bad culprits still who need to be fired ASAP are those rather toothless, pretentious, federal and provincial consumer Ministers and their mostly bad subordinates. Healthy Competition was supposedly a good way to decrease  the prices and increase the services, but instead we get price fixings, unfair and restrictive trade practices.. which still all reminds me of the bad immoral Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper trying to murder all of the opposition  out of existence too.. for he himself is no better as a leader, example of ethics, morality too. We do need still  a new real,  tougher cop on the beat. to strengthen all business, financial regulatory agencies and crack down on runaway “greed and scheming” , to really clean up the worlds of politics , finance, business and really  help to put in help put in place new, common-sense rules of the road that will protect investors, consumers and our entire economy from fraud and manipulation by an irresponsible few caused also by a  lack of “adult supervision” and  managers not being    as aggressive as they should in properly managing subordinates, others. Conservative  and Liberal governments administration’s laissez-faire philosophy is also  allowing excessive risk and corruption at the highest echelons and also by too many people with a false disdain for regulation. We need more activist regulatory approaches,  no-nonsense regulators. Too many of these crooks are still governed by a mentality governed by the principle that, “whatever is good for me, I do.”  Behave Honourable or you will be fired, terminated message  needs to be to apply to a range of social, physical, financial, governmental  institutions — and to individuals across right across the board. A real  restoration of a sense of responsibility, personal accountability  and the notions of  advocating beneficial values not just for ourselves, but what’s good for the others, the country as a whole, operating in reality out of a sense of what is being done is for the common good , Our too often poor Regulators do unacceptably “drop the ball,” and have failed to crack down on the bad culture of greed and scheming, to take seriously their own responsibility to “operate honourably.  The CRTC also itself has not put much of a dent in fraud, abuses,  and the entire system needs an overhaul. The CRTC also has missed too many red flags in its oversight of it’s duties, responsibilities..

“You can run but you can’t hide. This week a court in Australia ruled that social networking sites are an adequate medium for mortgage lenders to notify borrowers that they’re losing their homes. Barry Schnitt, a Facebook spokesperson, reportedly told news outlets that, “we’re pleased to see the Australian court validate Facebook as a reliable, secure and private medium for communication.” Schnitt may want to re-think his enthusiasm, as people are already crying Big Brother. But social networking users are rather naive to have ever thought these sites would serve strictly social purposes. First came the advertisers, then media began citing the pages as legit sources, employers followed suit, and now colleges are evaluating personal profiles in the admissions process. Once we disclose personal information in a public realm, albeit a virtual one, the public has little recourse in claiming rights to privacy.”

I watched the very same debate on TV live, and next I was astonished at the different people’s various opinions, even though I had honestly watched also the same debate. It was clear to me that CNN was bashing Sarah Palin , trying to falsely influence other people’s opinion negatively too. This was very dishonest, unprofessional of them still too. SO ARE THE OTHERS LIKE TIME WHO ALSO DO THIS.

A gospel that  is even clearly contradictory to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the apostles as well? while 2/3 of the world lives below the poverty line, and world wide many Christians do daily even suffer religious persecutions? so Why?

(1 John 2:15 KJV)  Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

(1 Cor 16:22 KJV)  If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.

(Mat 8:21 KJV)  And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father. 22  But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.

(Mat 6:33 KJV)  But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

(Mat 16:21 KJV)  From that time forth began Jesus to show unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.

(Mat 17:12 KJV)  But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.

(Mark 8:31 KJV)  And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.

(Luke 17:25 KJV)  But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.

(Luke 24:46 KJV)  And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

(Acts 2:27 KJV)  Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

(Acts 3:18 KJV)  But those things, which God before had showed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.

(Acts 5:41 KJV)  And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.

(Acts 9:16 KJV)  For I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake

(Rom 8:17 KJV)  And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

(1 Cor 3:15 KJV)  If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

(1 Cor 4:12 KJV)  And labour, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it:

(1 Cor 6:7 KJV)  Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?

(1 Cor 9:12 KJV)  If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ.

(1 Cor 10:13 KJV)  There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

(1 Cor 12:26 KJV)  And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

(2 Cor 1:6 KJV)  And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.

(Gal 5:11 KJV)  And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.

(Gal 6:12 KJV)  As many as desire to make a fair show in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.

(Phil 1:29 KJV)  For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

(Phil 4:12 KJV)  I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

(1 Th 3:4 KJV)  For verily, when we were with you, we told you before that we should suffer tribulation; even as it came to pass, and ye know.

(2 Th 1:5 KJV)  Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

(1 Tim 4:10 KJV)  For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

(2 Tim 1:12 KJV)  For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.

(2 Tim 2:9 KJV)  Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.

(2 Tim 2:12 KJV)  If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:

(2 Tim 3:12 KJV)  Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

(Heb 2:9 KJV)  But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

(Heb 11:25 KJV)  Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;

(Heb 13:3 KJV)  Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.

(James 5:10 KJV)  Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.

(1 Pet 2:19 KJV)  For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.

(1 Pet 2:20 KJV)  For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.

(1 Pet 3:14 KJV)  But and if ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;

(1 Pet 3:17 KJV)  For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

(1 Pet 4:15 KJV)  But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.

(1 Pet 4:16 KJV)  Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.

(1 Pet 4:19 KJV)  Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

(Rev 2:10 KJV)  Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Also

(Mat 19:14 KJV) Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

(Mat 23:13 KJV)  But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

(Mark 7  KJV)  10  For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death: 11  But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free. 12 And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;

The Assemblies of God  Pentecostal supporters, members are noted for their opposition to the Florida Lakeland revival, and to the Latter day movement.. but why?

and like many other Pentecostals, Alliance, Baptist, Evangelcial Churches they falsey do not include helping poor people in their own churches as an essential Christian  doctrine now too? why?

(Rom 15:26 KJV)  For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem.

(2 Cor 9:9 KJV)  (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.

(Gal 2:10 KJV)  Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.

(James 2:5 KJV)  Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?

(James 2:6 KJV)  But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?

Now about praying.

Now about praying.. praying solely in the Will of God

(Mat 6:10 KJV)  Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

(1 John 5:14 KJV)  And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
(1 John 5:15 KJV)  And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
(1 John 5:16 KJV)  If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
(Acts 1:14 KJV)  These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
(Acts 2:42 KJV)  And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
(1 Tim 2:1 KJV)  I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
(Phil 4:6 KJV)  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8  Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9  Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
..
some people do not pray enough church pastors included now and others pray for the wrong things, they do even curse  others.
..
The most common repetitious type prayers posted by many on the net included  now sadly are  often unoriginal ones, and are self willed, not rather God willed.. such as please pray for me to get a job, more money, soul mate, a house, a car, or about my health, my acceptance into university, and  thus they tend to be obviously mostly self centered ones.. they are not praying for others as well it seems, pr giving thanks to God, thus they are not rather spiritual ones really. Praying one for another is an essential part of all of our praying too.
..

(James 5:16 KJV)  Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

(James 5:17 KJV)  Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.

(James 5:18 KJV)  And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

Most people also seem to forget the conditional aspects to praying.. such as praying in the will of God, in Jesus name and authority thus too, confessing our sins, and continually abiding in God’s word the Bible.
..
(Mat 18:19 KJV)  Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
(Mat 21:22 KJV)  And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
(Luke 11:11 KJV)  If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
(Luke 11:12 KJV)  Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
(John 14:13 KJV)  And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
(John 14:14 KJV)  If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
(John 15:7 KJV)  If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
(John 15:16 KJV)  Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
(John 16:23 KJV)  And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
(John 16:26 KJV)  At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
(Mark 12:40 KJV)  Which devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.
(Luke 2:37 KJV)  And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.
(Luke 5:33 KJV)  And they said unto him, Why do the disciples of John fast often, and make prayers, and likewise the disciples of the Pharisees; but thine eat and drink?
(Luke 20:47 KJV)  Which devour widows’ houses, and for a show make long prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation.
(Acts 10:4 KJV)  And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.
(Rom 1:9 KJV)  For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
(Rom 15:30 KJV)  Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;
(Col 4:12 KJV)  Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
(1 Th 1:2 KJV)  We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers;
(1 Tim 5:5 KJV)  Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, trusteth in God, and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day.
(2 Tim 1:3 KJV)  I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience, that without ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day;
(Phile 1:4 KJV)  I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers,
(Heb 5:7 KJV)  Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;
(1 Pet 3:7 KJV)  Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
(1 Pet 3:12 KJV)  For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
(Rev 5:8 KJV)  And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
(Rev 8:3 KJV)  And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
(Rev 8:4 KJV)  And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand.

Psalm 34:1-4 (Amplified bible)

1 I WILL bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.

2 My life makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble and afflicted hear and be glad.

3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.

4 I sought (inquired of) the Lord and required Him [of necessity and on the authority of His Word], and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

“I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify him with thanksgiving. This will please the Lord more than an ox or a bull with horns and hoofs. When the humble see it they will be glad…” (Psalm 69:30-32, ESV).

Love, Humility, Meekness, Obedience to God are all essentials of the professing Christian and we should work on those essential parts of our faith that are everlasting. We should make more time to study God’s Word. We should put more of our lives daily into worshipping God and serving Christ. We should prioritize our faith and always seek God’s guidance for all of the decisions that we may make . If we set out to put God’s Kingdom first in our hearts, then we will find our lives being transformed and made more meaningful by God’s Spirit within us. And then we will have a faith worth living and dying for and we will encounter and experience that incredible joy and strength that the First Christians discovered in devoting their lives to Jesus Christ.
In today’s churches we are encouraged to take all of our problems to God no matter how small. There is a danger in this approach.  If you study prayer and Jesus’ instructions on how to pray in the Bible you won’t find a whole lot about praying for that new promotion at work, or winning the lottery, or getting that new house you’ve always wanted.  Jesus spoke of prayer specifically in Matthew 6:5-21:
http://yost42.wordpress.com/2007/09/21/what-to-pray-for/

Repetitious Cliche prayers also are unacceptable, and merely often just praying once..

(1 Th 5:17 KJV)  Pray without ceasing.
18  In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
19  Quench not the Spirit.
20  Despise not prophesyings.
21  Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
22  Abstain from all appearance of evil.
23  And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24  Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
25  Brethren, pray for us.
26  Greet all the brethren with an holy kiss.
27  I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read unto all the holy brethren.
28  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

God can always be reached
by the humbled and broken hearted persons

Poem
God, I called tonight,
To talk a little while.
I need your help solve,
To my friends anxiety.
God you see, We can’t quite make it
Through a day just on our own.
we need your love to guide us,
So We’ll never feel alone.
I want to ask you please to keep
My friend’s family safe and sound.
Come and fill their lives with confidence,
For whatever fate they’re bound.
Give her faith, dear God, to face,
Each hour throughout the day.
And not to worry over things,
We can’t change in any way.
we thank you God, for being home,
And listening to our problems.
For giving us such good advice,
When we stumble and fall.
Your number, God, is the only one,
That answers every time.
We never get a busy signal,
And never had to pay a dime.
So thank you, God, for listening,
To our troubles and sorrow.
Good night, God. We love You, too,
And We’ll call again tomorrow!
..
(Psa 27:4) One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.
(Psa 27:5) For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
(Psa 27:6) And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.

“I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify him with thanksgiving. This will please the Lord more than an ox or a bull with horns and hoofs. When the humble see it they will be glad…” (Psalm 69:30-32, ESV).

“I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad” (Psalm 34:1-2, ESV).

My past internet download and service problems with Bell Sympatico,

I must say I am still rightfully really unhappy with my past years of experiences with my  Bell  Sympatico ISP services , their DSL Service and  DSL modem included.  I had joined  Bell Sympatico  because they  had advertised to me, all a high speed, unlisted, unlimited downloads and with no capping of their downloads. And had I known beforehand that I would have all of the many  unacceptable problems with them, and I would also also have their RATHER poor support on all of this  next to, plus their dishonest billing, management practices too, I really would not have bothered to GET THEIR  Internet services even  initially ..

http://thenonconformer.tripod.com/index.html
http://canadatoday9.multiply.com/journal/item/4/HOW_TO_DEAL_WITH_MAJOR_COMPLAINTS

But the way the Bell customer support services tended to poorly handle my rightful complaints was ridiculous next as well. They had mislead me often as to what the real problem was, it was bad poor Bell itself, their inabilities  to meet their own  promised contract terms. (Prov 27:2 KJV)  Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.
So because of my much bad publicity openly on the net about Bell, Sypmatico  has next  tried to hide all of this under  an new image of Bell.ca but changing  merely the name does not  change the reality of the same old bad people, bad supervisors, employees very definately doing the same bad things, even abusing the customers, and still delivering  a lousy ISP service too.

Bell Sympatico undeniably clearly had beforehand promised me verbally and in writing  a “high speed unlimited, uncapped, reliable, continual download services”,  and not they will try to next to  offer me this, submit  their best service but they had, have  to deliver to my next what was promised.  In reality they had clearly failed to live up to their own advertisement, promises because of their in incapableness now to do so to me and often as I had witnessed even for 24 months and rightfully detailed, had complained to them too.  Bell, their false pride of self importance has gone to their head and has allowed also the employees, even the president of Bell, vice president of Bell Sympatico to wrongfully now be abusive to  me ,  to wrongfully think that they can dictate their  own contract obligations, terms now to others, to wrongfully make their own self evaluations too, and that the others, like me, have no choice but to comply even to their clearly lies, distortions, perversities. The Bell president himself now also needs to be reminded that a contract is a joint agreement amongst two equal, mutually submissive  parties, and that both parties have to respect the contract agreement, and each other, meaning definitely that Bell has to respect the customer now too.. When this immoral Bell perverts now even writes to me and says according to our own records we have adequately supplied your our services, that is a disserted one sided fact, not necessarily or rightfully shared by the customer now, me. I have dealt with another ISP and they were more honest as to what they had promised me and next delivered in comparisons to Bell Sympatico  now too. The Bell competitors  download speeds are significantly higher all the time as well,  with no capping too  and even cheaper too.

I knew that there was something wrong with my Bell Sympatico ISP cause when I had started to measure it their internet download speeds and their the torrent download speeds fluctuated , were low and  the torrents were also capped by 90 percent   between peak times 4 pm till 2 am by Bell Sympatico  which was  all absurd,  the torrent download speed  was as slow as   15 kbs and not  rather what I had by Bell in  in the past of 250 to 350 kbs as well during peak hours. Bell for 6 months had lied to me and said the problems were related to my own computer and software when it next turns out undeiably this was never so too.
Bell Sympatico next  was unable in  18 months to resolve my problem, they replaced my modem 7 times, sent me 7 repairmen to my home as well.. and yet in one day my new ISP,  DSL supplier was able to resolve it.. Not only was Bell Sympatico  not delivering to me regularly their promised high speeds on their high speed internet, but I was also having major  internet connectivity site problems and email problems and too often, and I was unable to concurrently use my torrent downloads, email software, and my internet browser. It was all  getting to be so unacceptably absurd too. Bell wrongfully, clearly  had not lived up to it’s promised  contractual obligations.

The MS operating system was  made for multitasking, even on the net, but with Bell Sympatico I clearly, wrongfully was unable to do this as well. Bell had even recommend that I shut down my  torrent software when I wanted to use my email or browse the internet. And  yes I too was really upset to find out that Bell was still capping my bit torrent downloads.. email, etc.,,
Bell Sympatico itself next had did me a great favor by cutting off my poor services with them

but Acanac had next offered an effective solution for it..  and also very much cheaper as well, all at the same speeds too.. “Acanac Residential High Speed ADSL without any Limits  No Blocked Ports or Traffic Shapping, Unlimited Downloading 100 GB of Online Storage Up to 5 Mbps Download and 800 Kbps Upload  $18.95 per month  This offer is only available on a 1 year term and the first year of service” sales@acanac.com<sales@acanac.com>

Upon further advice from the net
I set my Torrent  settings to:
-16 kBps upload instead of 60 kbs or more
-500 kbs (not unlimited download)
-tcpip.sys patched to 50 connections
-I do  have firewall disabled,
Now I’m even downloading with 400 kbs and yes… the torrents I do use are selected do have many seeds and few peers.. so I am sure I can reach the maximum speed.

I like to use the torrent to download TV shows especially , I found TV shows often much better than the  movies, resolution included, plus on torrent downloads there generally are no COMMERCIAL interruptions,  and  I can chose when I want to watch the programs as well and this is why I basically do not want the cable TV instead.. I no longer watch my TV not even for the news.. since I also prefer to use the net for my news now too where I can get it at any time I want to  too..

I have let the putty program, with your recommended setting of 60 run all night, when it seems to be the most critical period, and it worked well.

I have much appreciated your help and support here..

and I have been able to use my torrent download, and my email, plus my internet explorer with no connectivity problem.

Now with steady confidence I can continue to recommend others to use Accanac as well. I trust that they too next still will continue to provide adequate support servcies..

I wish all the problems of life could be resolved that easily too.

Thanks a lot.

Hey I cannot even trust the local store clerks to  charge the right ptice on anyhting I  buy and anyhting still for the  advertised price and the price on their computers often still differ now too.. and some clerks just try to charge me often  even twice for the same items so they can put more money into their own pockets. Who can you trust.. not the business world.

80 percent of U.S. businesses are overcharged on their phone bills while telecom companies reap profits from the supposedly “accidental” billing errors ”When Alexander Graham Bell placed the first phone call to Thomas Watson, it is doubtful he was considering whether he would be overcharged for the call. Many American businesses have the same attitude, and it’s just easier for them to trust that the phone company is charging the correct amount than scrutinize each item on the bill.. few take the time to have someone look over the bill for errors. The problem comes from the long-standing system phone companies use to track their services and billing. The system is split into two sections: The section that keeps track of what services a customer has, and the section that bills the customers. “It’s quite often the case that there’s faulty entry between the two systems, which results in faulty billing.” “The process itself is inherently faulty,” Billing errors have been occurring since the dawn of telecommunications, and certain phone providers can be almost relied on to make trademark mistakes, because, invariably, those kinds of errors are repetitive; they happen quite often,”  It is in the phone companies’ interest to allow these mistakes to be made..some companies, especially the older, more established ones, can give him some bureaucratic static when he is trying to recover his clients’ money. “You can go for weeks and months just trying to get to the right person that you need to talk to, because one person sends you to another person, who sends you to another person,” he said, but that’s not he only obstacle a customer faces. “It’s quite often the case that a vendor will say, ‘Well, it was on your bill. Why haven’t you ever noticed it before?’ Well, the fact is that it should never have been on my bill to begin with.” A consumer may be paying a bill, and if they suddenly see an extra $5 charge, most assume it’s a surcharge and pay the bill without thinking about it. The reality is that the charge could have come from a feature used by anyone in the customer’s area, or data could have been entered into the billing system incorrectly. These small charges add up over the course of service, so  recommends keep  a close eye on your bill, and not pay  for anything you’re not using. Ignorance and complacency are two big obstacles for companies and phone users to overcome before they can save money. Many do not think to check their bill, and few realize just how much money they are giving away over the course of their service. It is a good idea to take the time to look over your bill for mistakes. Just don’t rely on the phone company to do it for you. The overcharging problem is rampant across all aspects of telecommunications ” This also applies now to Bell Sympatico as well as I have clearly detailed before..

More people are increasingly using the internet

“Record Percentage Of Americans, Persons Use Internet For Politics, Survey Finds
By Sarah Lai Stirland June 15, 2008 | 9:56:08 PM
A record percentage of Americans have used the internet to participate in the most closely-watched presidential election in decades, finds a newly-released survey from the non-partisan Pew Internet & American Life Project.   The spring 2008 survey finds that a record-breaking 46 percent of all Americans have used the internet, e-mail or cell-phone text messaging to participate in the political process.  The survey found that the internet is becoming an increasing part of the norm of political participation — people are  using it to read the news, share their views, or to participate in some  other process to get others to take political action.   “In this season, just the twelfth year of presidential politics online, there is no disputing the fact that the internet has moved from the periphery to the center of national politics,” write Aaron Smith, a research specialist and Lee Rainie, the Pew project’s director in the new survey.  Bloggers in general are having a huge impact on the course of election, but the kind of audio and video that they’re digging up is playing a significant role in driving the news cycle, the researchers write.  At the same time as Americans’ use of the internet has grown in the political sphere, there’s also a healthy dose of skepticism.  Sixty percent of those surveyed, for example, agree with the statement that “The internet is full of misinformation and propaganda that too many voters believe is accurate.” Thirty two percent disagreed with that.  A surprising 74 percent of those surveyed disagreed with the statement that they would not be as involved with the campaign if it weren’t for the internet. But age could be the factor that explains that finding. When the Pew researchers broke that out among age groups, a larger portion of the younger groups of people tended to agree that the internet is important in helping them to stay active and connected with the campaigns. The survey also finds that Americans are eager to view source materials for themselves — almost 40 percent of internet users and a third of all adults have gone online to read or watch unfiltered campaign material, such as archived debates, speeches and announcements and position papers. “

More and more people are increasingly using the internet these days to deal with issues, to be more informed.. but you still have to be careful.. even to spit out the bones..

Sympatico and The future is wireless, some would say –

“If you were half as good at running a company as you were at lobbying, maybe you’d have a better network,”  Quebecor executive vice-president Luc Lavoie who took a shot at the quality of Bell Canada’s cellphone service: . http://news.aol.ca/article/telecom-summit/258999/

The future is wireless, some would say  and the past  way they also  have mismanaged their past land line, ISP services too,  clearly indicates they will do it also next with the wireless services too at the users, customers expenses…

Recent discussions by both Bell and Rogers on their Corporate need  to get more and more money, with even any excuse, still out of consumers, and to throttle the downloads,  only all clearly confirms the reality as to how poorly managed these same companies in realty are still.. They too now have been wrongfully over subsidized by the CRTC, the Canadian  federal governments now too… now it is rather time the citizens got the break, protection.

Reality- Dirty Dirty Bell Sympatico …the most abusive Corporation, firm I have dealt in Canada in my lifetime. Paul Kambulow

 Not acceptable.

and there is no way to disprove the truth.
