Our God speaks too

(John 10:27 KJV)  My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

 .

If you claim that you are a real born again Christian and you cannot hear God talking directly to you outside of the Bible now it is likley you do not know him still  at all, are still going to Hell even,, find out why ..

Hearing the Voice of God – The Thrilling Mystery of Hearing from God – Divine Guidance Made Easier
.
We long to know what to do; God longs for us to know him. Guidance can come in a flash, but getting to know someone – especially when that Someone is infinite – is an adventure that never ends. Whereas we want a five-minute consultation, the Lover of our souls wants for us a lifetime of ever-increasing intimacy, culminating in an eternity of incomprehensibly greater intimacy.
.
Let’s see some biblical examples of how easy it is to miss God.

-Jacob went to sleep unaware that he was literally lying over the very gateway of heaven (Genesis 28:11-17).
-Young Samuel could not distinguish the Lord’s voice from that of the man he served every day (1 Samuel 3:4-5).
-Multiplied thousands of people rubbed shoulders with the Son of God. They heard teaching like no one had ever given. They saw miracles that took their breath away. And almost none of them had a clue as to who he was.
-For miles, the resurrected Jesus walked and talked with two of his disciples, and they never realized who was speaking to them. ‘ . . . they were kept from recognizing him.’ The moment they discovered who it was, he vanished (Luke 24:13-31).
.
Follow after God alone … God speaks too …
The Word of God  is living and active, it penetrates even to the dividing of soul and spirit.., it judges the thoughts and intents of the heart. Heb 4:12

My sheep hear My voice,   and I know them,  and they follow Me.  John 10:27

Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God. Mat4:4 (There is no life without hearing words from the mouth of God.)

But we have to listen for the voice of the Holy Spirit, the Word of God, to hear.

.

I also learned that I personally can Hear the Voice of God in more ways than one..   Jesus now in reality is not a thought or an ideology, He is a Person. People have relationships, and relationships presupposes  mutual  communication.  The Holy Spirit can and will speak to us directly if we let him to speak to us or let  others next to speak to us, to guide us but he does want us to mature, to seek Him, to seek His face for our guidance. We still cannot make our on  views, experience now still as God’s rule for everyone else. But many people do. Some people wrongfully do claim that God today can only speak to each one of us personally, to all of us through his written Word the Bible, cause that is all they have experienced maybe? but in fact I am very sure that these very same people God often cannot still even personally reach them firstly even by his Word… you know that is why so many people read the Bible and have different interpretations, doctrines, denominations even cause it is really not God who is talking to them through it… mere man is or self or the devil..  And yet many Bible scholars, pastors who know the Bible are blind to God’s truths and yet they know the Word on the outside.. their real inadequacy is that they really still do not, did not know God on a deep personal level, they have not communicated with Him and thus they are still in the wilderness themselves still. It is one thing to know the Word, but it is another thing to know the Author himself. How well do you know the author, not just his writings?
.
The manner of God speaking to us through Scripture has much not to do with what we are we mainly desire to know, or what personally are dealing with at the time but  what he wants to reveals to us. We are always slaves, servants of God who listen to his will, his instructions above all.  But don’t personally read into the Bible as to what is being said rather first listen to Him, God, the Holy Spirit explaining next  the scriptures to you personally.  Allow the Scripture to  “leap off the page” at you,  as receive his divine revelation,  and His Bible passages take on a meaning that you hadn’t noticed maybe even a moment earlier.  There can be a passage of time between the initial reading of logos before it becomes rhema . One might as well read the same Scripture over and over again, and then next one day it “speaks”.  This act of divine speaking, revelation of God through his Word is called “rhema” in the original Greek language of the New Testament. It means the spoken word.  This is opposed to the Greek word “logos”, or the  written word. The Bible itself is also the logos. Jesus is called The Logos  He is also the personification of Scripture.
.
Have you now personally limited God as to what he can do firstly in your own  life   by your own church teaching, your own experiences, your own limitations, your lack of faith? for now too many people have. Let me be clear for God to speak to us we first have  to get right with him through Jesus Christ and next also to exercise our own free will, to seek him, allow him to speak to us. We have our own duties and acts, responsibilities to carry our first here too.  We ourselves mainly still do determine if God can, will speak to us firstly. God is not capricious about speaking to us in this, or in any other manner. He does not play favorites, loving one person more than another by speaking to them . Indeed, it says it is God’s good pleasure to give us all that He has .What now also hinders communication with God is often our own attitudes and preconceptions. God’s ways are indeed higher than our ways  but this does not mean that God is inscrutable or unknowable in any real, practical sense .   We must also next act by faith on the Word we have received . Sometimes this acting is nothing more than a slight attitude adjustment, a confession, a willingness. Sometimes it is more dramatic, like asking someone to forgive you of something you did to them years prior. The point is rhema not acted on will next often do you no good. Hearing from God presupposes that you will also next do what He says for you personally  to do. If you are unwilling to do what He says now, next to you will not continue to enjoy His wonderful benefits of communication with you personally as well  Ask him God first to help you do his will, to always carry it out as well..
.
You mainly will hear from God  only when you are willing to listen,  when you are focused on His Being, only when the things of the world and your own circumstances have taken rightly the  back seat in priority. Seek God and you will find Him, personal only seek for revelations, truths alone and you may not.
.
The Scripture does describes human beings as tripartite in make up, that is, having spirit, soul, and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23). The body is the material part of us that turns to dust when we die. The soul is our mind, will, emotions, and conscience. The reborn spirit is that part of us that communicates and is cognizant of God. These later two are non-material (2 Corinthians 4:18). Some people are using still their corrupted, unregenerated, human spirit to try to understand God and his truths and they will fail at it still too.
.
When one reads the Scripture one can be  literally reading partially into the heart of God Himself . Or one can be reading the word and still be blind to the truth cause one has still unrepentant sins in one’s life as King Saul in the Bible found out when he could no longer hear God speaking to him too so he falsely consulted the mediums, witches instead of repenting of his past sins. (1 Sam 16:14 KJV)  But the spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him. (Psa 66:18 KJV)  If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
.
Clearly one of the unique, great, valid emphasis of the Pentecostals from the other denominations is also their emphasis on personally hearing God speak. even personally and collectively speaking to us, verbally individually or in a collective setting by prophecy.
 .
(1 Cor 14:26 KJV)  How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying. 27  If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. 28  But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God. 29  Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge. 30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace. 31  For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted. 32  And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. 33  For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
  .
(1 Cor 14:39 KJV)  Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. 40  Let all things be done decently and in order.
The other Other denominations do wrongfully limit to God speaking to us only in his Words the Bible or through only the preacher.  Now the word of God is generally revealed to us in two different ways. There is written direct Scripture (the Greek word logos), which shows us all  God’s general will. There are next also times when the Holy Spirit quickens a particular Scripture or otherwise gives us a direct word (the Greek word rhema) concerning God’s specific will in a particular  situation. We have to be open to both ways too. (John 10:27 KJV)  My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:The WHOLE Church is to also encourage the personal development of gifts of the Holy Spirit, especially prophecy
.
(1 Cor 14:39 KJV)  Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues.. 40   Let all things be done decently and in order.
(1 Cor 14:13 KJV)  Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret. (And no exceptions now too)I was surprised to read it is not just today that some people object to anyone prophesying.
.

(Num 11:24 KJV)  And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle. 25 And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. 26  But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp. 27  And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp. 28  And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them. 29  And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD’S people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

.

God speaks often to me says often to me, I will guide and lead you next one step at a time as to what you should do, who to write and who to see as wellIsaiah 40:31, “But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”

.
Deuteronomy 4:29 But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.
2 Chronicles 15:15  . . . They sought God eagerly, and he was found by them. . . .
Jeremiah 29:13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
Psalms 119:145 I call with all my heart; answer me, O LORD, and I will obey your decrees.
(John 16:13 KJV)  Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.
(John 16:14 KJV)  He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you. .
(John 16:15 KJV)  All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.
.
The Holy Spirit himself will lead and guide you into all truth firstly, always not mere men..
.
HAVE YOU NOTICED THAT THE FULL BLESSINGS AND HEARING THE VOICE OF GOD GO TOGETHER? YOU CANNOT HAVE ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER
.
When-ever they run to the Greek, Hebrew-they want you to believe that they supposedly now are different, and better than you , and they now do know something more, that in reality is not there, and what basically is not there is the Holy Spirit! He the Holy Spirit, has been replaced with the Greek, Hebrew, clearly by human minds, mere men’s teaching.. and you can also notice they also quote more what other men say over what the Holy Spirit says.. they do not even know anything about the Baptism of the Holy Spirit cause they do not have it. Ah this is so truth about the Plymouth Brethren, Dispensationalists, cults, Judaizers. Anyway these persons speak Greek, Hebrew are still clearly not even Holy Sprit filled, not Christians even as we all can know, see by their unspiritual, sinful behaviors and lack of the fruit of the Holy Sprit God is with us and he can personally speak to us all of the time.
.
God speaks? This statement can cause a wide range of reactions: even from those who claim they now have a relationship with God, some honestly scoffing and ridicule all those who claim to hear God speak . all those persons who have a continual relationship with God, and they do rightfully say “why haven’t I yet found it?”. There are valid reasons, they need to look into themselves. Some honest people who want such a relationship but haven’t found it yet, are encouraged by stories of those who have developed a relationship with God but also can hear God speak . Many of them wonder how you start to develop and nurture such a relationship with God , not mere men. First, you must trust and believe the fact that God exists and he now is with us all. and all of the time. And God has not abandoned you yet but your unrepentant, unforgiving sins stands in the way, blocks your relationship with God. You need to slow down and obey God not just open your eyes, ears, and mind in to know see, hear, and understand them. You can start by accepting Jesus Christ as your lord and personal Savior by asking him into your life, by confessing and renouncing all of your sins, as well as quietly meditating on God’s words, and Praising him, and also by tuning out the noise of self, others, and the devil, the world around you. Once the background noise level gets turned down you will get to know God better . While in this state will may notice that his voice come to you and you know it is not to be your own. These words will start to give you insight into your life, God’s will and plan for you and he can even begin to shed light on issues that have been concerning you. These words are the beginnings of God talking with you. Learn to wait upon God, to relax, be quiet, and reflect on Him. “The best way I can describe how quiet meditation can help you find God is that it is like living in a house for many years. One night you wake up and the house is very quiet. As you lay there, you begin to hear sounds that you never realized were there before. You never heard those sounds because you were always too busy or there was too much other noise.” Just as the sounds you hear in your house seem to come alive when all is still, the words of God will be heard when you learn to quiet your life and to wait, listen for them.
.
This is the undeniable reality
God speaks to us through His Word
God speaks through Jesus Christ, his works on our behalf too
God speaks to us through the Holy Spirit guidance, leading, comfort, helps …
God speaks to us through our conversations with others
God speaks to us through circumstances
God speaks directly to us and others
Walt Kam Blessed Or Cursed?

Thus says the LORD: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man And makes flesh his strength, Whose heart departs from the LORD. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, And shall not see when good comes, But shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, In a salt land which is not inhabited. “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit. “The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it? I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings. Jeremiah 17:5-10

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. Galatians 6:7

God is not fooled by any one. He knows those who trust in Him and those who trust in others. He still searches the heart, tests the mind and gives every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings even in the current time. Whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. God’s word is unchanging:

And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. But he who does wrong will be repaid for what he has done, and there is no partiality. Colossians 3:23-25

Men come up with all kinds of ideas that in their mind nullify the truth of the word of God including the “doctrine of dispensation.” Fundamentalists tell us:

“The Bible’s divisions do not neatly divide between books, chapters, or subjective “stages,” so the best method to get the overall picture of God’s program is to study the Bible using its own terms of “covenant” and “dispensation,” letting them mark the divisions.” They also tell us “A dispensation is usually defined as a “period of time” in which God works with and in His people in a particular way, The term “dispensation” is found four times in the Scriptures (1 Cor. 9:17; Eph. 1:10, 3:2; Col. 1:25), and each passage makes it clear that God is dispensing something.”

Fundamentalists also tell us:
Since properly understanding the Bible’s divisions is the key to being sound in doctrine and making sense of its differences, failure to do so can lead to dangerous heresies and spiritual chaos. When a preacher or any other believer fails to rightly divide the Bible and discern its differences, he will nearly always end up wresting it. This is one reason there are so many “Christian” cults today. Instead of rightly dividing the Bible, they ignore some or all of its divisions and produce a religious system that is littered with heresies, some of them deadly. When a person takes a precept or doctrine peculiar to one dispensation and forces it to apply doctrinally to another, he ends up with a heresy every time. He may quote several Bible verses to “prove” his doctrine, but it is still a lie once it is divorced from its corresponding dispensation.

Fundamentalists also tell us:
The Church Age: from Pentecost (33AD) to the Rapture.
1. The pre-canon period: temporary spiritual gifts were given to fill in until the canon was complete, 3296AD.
2. The post-canon period: from 96AD to the Rapture. Permanent gifts are still given: Pastor-Teacher, evangelism, administration, etc.
3. Characteristics.
1. Intercalation: an insertion into the Age of Israel, a parenthesis.
2. It was not revealed in the Old Testament. It is the mystery of Rom.16:25; Eph.3:16; Col.1:25,26.
3. It is the period of the completion of the canon, the mind of Christ.
4. It is the period of the universal priesthood after Melchizedek.
5. We are not under the Law.
6. Believers have the universal indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

However the word of God doesn’t tell us that temporary spiritual gifts were given to fill in until the canon was complete, 3296AD or that The post-canon period: from 96AD to the Rapture. Permanent gifts are still given: Pastor-Teacher, evangelism, administration, etc. Rather it tells us:

And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues. 1 Corinthians 12:28

In other words for the church of Jesus Christ as long as the church exist on earth, God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.

In reality the term “dispensation” is a play on words that doesn’t mean necessarily what men say it does and it depends heavily on certain assumed meanings in the King James Version of the bible. While the Amplified Bible which “Dispensationalists” don’t accept tells us a total different story:

1 Cor 9:17 For if I do this work of my own free will, then I have my pay (my reward); but if it is not of my own will, but is done reluctantly {and} under compulsion, I am [still] entrusted with a [sacred] trusteeship {and} commission.

Eph 1:10 [He planned] for the maturity of the times {and} the climax of the ages to unify all things {and} head them up {and} consummate them in Christ, [both] things in heaven and things on the earth.

Eph 3:2 Assuming that you have heard of the stewardship of God’s grace (His unmerited favor) that was entrusted to me [to dispense to you] for your benefit,

Col 1:25 In it I became a minister in accordance with the divine stewardship which was entrusted to me for you [as its object and for your benefit], to make the Word of God fully known [among you]–

In other words it’s foolish to study the bible by any method set by man instead of the inspiration and guide of the Holy Spirit who is given to be our helper, our guide, our teacher, the Spirit of truth and everything that we need! It’s ironic and sad that these so called Bible Believing church are completely off the wall even though they use the word of God as their basis and state:

“The word of God is alive and powerful, sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of the soul and the spirit, of the joints and marrow and is a critic of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12)

“All scripture is God Breathed and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness that the man of God might be mature, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” (2 Tim. 3:16-17)

“Study to show yourself approved unto God a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2 Tim. 2:15)

Man’s interpretation of the bible is just that man’s interpretation. The truth of the matter is that it’s fundamentalists who espouse dangerous heresies and create spiritual chaos by their doctrine of demons. And since most evangelical Christians derive their roots from fundamentalists they are also off the wall for God’s word is unchanging:

Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 5:19-20

But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 3:5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 2 Timothy 3:1-5

But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. 2 Peter 2:1

Demonized ones and Demons

Demonized ones, who are not saved and cannot demonstrate the gifts of the Spirit including tongues, talk about the fruits of the Spirit which in reality they don’t have because they are only critics and carnal ones and not true believers!

Demonized ones and Demons despise the gifts of the Holy Spirit and cause men to despise them. Why? Because the operation of these supernatural gifts of power counter the work of demons. Their presence and wiles are exposed by the discerning of spirits and the word of knowledge. Their evil is undone by the word of wisdom, faith, gifts of healing and miracles.

Their plans bring harm are thwarted by a (timely word of prophecy or by tongues with interpretation. No wonder demons so strongly oppose these gifts!

These nine gifts were also given to the church for its edification. Satan is the enemy of the church and sets himself against that which is designed to build up the Body of Christ. He makes strong thrusts at the gifts, and especially at tongues which has a special purpose in the edification of the individual believer. (See I Cor. 14:4)

If the person experiencing deliverance has not been baptized in the Holy Spirit he should be encouraged to receive this baptism and to desire the spiritual gifts. We have seen many persons receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit as the climax of a ministry of deliverance. The empowering of the Holy Spirit is important in retaining one’s deliverance.

Those who already have the baptism in the Holy Spirit should be encouraged to “covet earnestly the best gifts” (I Cor. 12:31), and the best gift is the one that will minister to the needs of others in any given situation. It is quite common that hindrances to the gifts are removed through deliverance. There are specialist demons who seek to block the operation of spiritual gifts. After deliverance the house should be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.

  6. […] It should come as no surprise to most of us as to how little most persons, the professing Christians now included do know very little about God, Jesus, the Holy spirit, and they mostly do not have any real personal relationships with them and the answer is found in the above verses.. even that they have personally refused to do so and they have been even deceived that it is not possible to do so too. Do you have a deeper life with God, Jesus and the Holy spirit personally, or do you believe it is possible to do so as well?  https://anyonecare.wordpress.com/2008/05/26/our-god-speaks-too/ […]
