Mentioned 26 times in the Tanakh, the Biblical phrase “Daughter of Tzion” (Hebrew “bat Tzion”) is a also reference to Mount Moriah (the Temple Mount) in Jerusalem.

The Daughter of Tzion. The daughter of Zion in the old Testament is also clearly the bad religious advisors.. as mentioned in the Song of Solomon.

Jerusalem also was the birthplace of the Christian Church: Jesus had instructed His disciples to wait in the city until they received the Holy Spirit, which was sent to them on the Day of Pentecost, some 50 days after they had witnessed the betrayal and death of their leader.

“And to him was given dominion and glory and kingdom, that all peoples, nations and languages should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed” (Dan 7:14). This is the glorious Kingdom that was prophesied. At last it has come. The King of this everlasting and universal Kingdom of heavenly peace on earth is the son of Mary, who is the only Son of God, conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit (Lk 1:35; Mt 1:18,20). This King will reign forever, and will be called “Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace” (Is 9:6 KJV). And “Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever” (Is 9:7 KJV).

We Christians do now live in this Kingdom of universal peace if we live in Jesus Christ. He brings heavenly peace to our hearts. He remakes us. He rejuvenates the human race, making it a new creation (2 Cor 5:17; Gal 6:15; Rev 21:5). He makes us new men (Eph 4:22-24) by forgiving our sins and filling us with the splendor of his own righteousness. He clothes us with glory as with a robe of righteousness (Is 61:10). We are clothed with Jesus Christ himself (Gal 3:27; Rom 13:14) through our faith in him.

This is the sole everlasting Kingdom that we now celebrate in the birth of Christ. He has a throne that is established forever, in a Kingdom of heavenly peace over the whole earth, in which we can now live through our faith in him. It is a Kingdom in which he cleanses us and rejoices us, renews us, and fills us with his own peace.

Christ is the promised descendent, prefigured by Solomon. He is an everlasting King, not just an everlasting dynasty. Thus the fulfillment is greater than the prophecy that David would have an everlasting dynasty and an everlasting throne.

In Jesus Christ, the dynasty and throne of David are everlasting; and Christ fulfills the prophecy of the psalmist, who prophesied, “I will establish your descendents forever, and build your throne for all generations” (Ps 88:4). And “I will establish his line forever and his throne as the days of the heavens” (Ps 88:29). In Jesus Christ this is fulfilled.

Some persons do preach, write out of their guilty, to compensate for the related emptiness they are feeling, while others write because they are ambitious, they write out of seeking fame, their seeking a place of prominence.. many are just lead by the devil too.

1.The Church is not the continuation of God’s Old Testament people, but a distinct body born on the Day of Pentecost.
2.The Church is never equated with Israel in the New Testament, and Christians are not Jews, true Israel, etc.
3.The prophecies made to Israel in the Old Testament are not being fulfilled in the Church, nor will they ever be.
4.The Church does not participate in the New Covenant prophesied in the Old Testament; it is for ethnic Israel, and will be established in a future millennial kingdom.
5.The Old Testament saints were saved by faith alone, on the basis of the Calvary-work of Christ alone; however, the object of their faith was not Christ, but rather the revelation peculiar to their dispensation.
6.The Old Testament saints did not know of the coming Church Age, of the resurrection of Christ, or basically, of what we today call the gospel.
7.When Jesus came to earth, he offered the Jews a physical kingdom, but they rejected him.
8.When Jesus proclaimed the gospel of the Kingdom, it was the news about how ethnic Jews might enter and find rewards in this physical kingdom, and is to be distinguished from the gospel as defined in I Corinthians 15:3-4, which the apostles later proclaimed to the church.
9.After the Jews rejected Jesus’ kingdom offer, he inaugurated a parenthetical ‘Church Age’, which will be concluded immediately before God again takes up his dealings with his national people, ethnic Israel.
10.During the ‘Church Age,’ Jesus is not reigning from the throne of David; he is engaged instead in his priestly work, and his kingly work will take place in the future millennial kingdom.
11.At some unspecified but imminent time, Jesus will return (but not all the way to earth, just to the air) and rapture his Church, also called his Bride; for the following seven years, they will feast with him at the marriage supper of the Lamb; meanwhile, on earth, he will begin to deal with his national people, ethnic Israel, again, calling them to himself and preserving them in the midst of seven years of great tribulation; at the midpoint of which, the Antichrist will set himself up as god in the rebuilt Jewish temple, and demand worship from the world.
12.After these seven years, Christ will return, this time all the way to earth. He will defeat the forces of evil, bind Satan and cast him into a pit, and inaugurate the physical Jewish Kingdom that he had offered during his life on earth. The Jews who survived the tribulation will populate the earth during this blessed golden era, and the Christians will reign spiritually, in glorified bodies.
13.After these thousand years, Satan will be released and will gather an army from the offspring of the Jews who survived the tribulation. He will be finally defeated and cast into hell. At this time, the wicked dead will be resurrected and judged, whereas the righteous dead had already been resurrected one-thousand-seven years previously, at the rapture. Christ will then usher in the New Heavens and New Earth, and the destinies of all mankind will be finalized. Dispensationalists are divided as to whether or not there will remain a distinction between Christians and Jews in the New Earth.

Some have falsely said that these Jewish terms are applied to the Church by way of analogy, not identification. However, when Peter goes on to speak of these ethnic Gentiles in contrast with the “Gentiles “he makes it clear that he actually is intending to refer to them as Jews.

Don’t be fooled as God is not concerned with restoring Israel to the Holy Land anymore . Jesus told the Jewish rabbis of His time that the kingdom of God had been taken away from them forever. A Jew must be born-again or he or she cannot go to Heaven. Nicodemus was a Jewish leader, a Pharisee. Jesus warned Nicodemus that he needed to be born again or else he couldn’t enter into the kingdom of God (John 3:5-7). Hebrews 13:5 promises that God never forsakes His own. If you are unsaved, do refuse to accept Jesus Christ as th Lord of your life, it is you alone that have already forsaken God and rather now next Hell, the Lake of Fire will be your eternal home.
